Harpreet Sanghera is the Director, Strategy and Operations for H.W. Kaufman Group International. Based in London, he plays a critical role in driving Kaufman’s global expansion by aligning business priorities with operational excellence and long-term strategic objectives.

Harpreet brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial insurance and strategic leadership, with a career spanning underwriting, client management, executive support and business transformation. Prior to joining Kaufman in 2024, he held several senior roles at AXA XL and XL Catlin, most recently serving as Strategy Director for the UK and Lloyd’s market. In this role, he led the UK strategy function and oversaw key initiatives supporting growth, client engagement and market positioning. He also held commercial insurance roles at AXA and began his career in the Allianz underwriting graduate programme.

Harpreet holds a Master of Science in Actuarial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) in London.
