Aynis Ifthiker is the Managing Director of Burns & Wilcox Insurance Brokers, UAE, a leading insurance brokerage firm out of Dubai, UAE. In this role she is responsible for building the Burns & Wilcox brand in Dubai and with clients across the UAE. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Aynis is a seasoned insurance professional with a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of clients in various sectors.

Throughout her career, Aynis has been committed to providing clients with the highest level of service and support, and has developed a reputation for her strategic thinking, innovative solutions, and unwavering dedication to her clients’ success. Her career includes positions with renowned international brokers such as Sedgwick, HSBC and Al Futtaim Willis, where she was also a Board member for the Bahrain operations.

Aynis has extensive technical knowledge and maintains strong relationships with some of the largest retail, real estate and construction companies in the Middle East. Under her leadership, Burns & Wilcox Insurance Brokers is set to become one of the most respected firms in the industry, known for its integrity, expertise and commitment to excellence.

Aynis is a graduate of the University of Calicut, India, where she earned a degree in Commerce.
