Blaise D’Antoni is Executive Vice President, Eastern United States, where he oversees the growth and operations of Burns & Wilcox offices that extend from Texas to New England.

With more than three decades of experience, Blaise is instrumental in strategically building expertise in the offices he supports and offering direction for best practices and management-driven initiatives.

Throughout his career, Blaise has been recognized for his leadership and counsel during major natural disasters, including Hurricane Katrina, while advising brokers and agents on navigating increased market challenges.

Blaise has built an exemplary reputation in working with domestic and London markets to secure exclusive contracts, which have been fundamental to the strength of Burns & Wilcox in Louisiana and across the Gulf Coast.

He has also played an active role in mentoring and coaching top talent across the company, including building curricula for a multitude of the Burns & Wilcox professional development programs.

Blaise is a previous recipient of the H.W. Kaufman Memorial Award, the company’s highest honor, in recognition of his long-term leadership and commitment to operational excellence.

He is currently an active member and past president of the Louisiana Surplus Lines Association.

Blaise holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Orleans.
