Helen Jones-Bak serves as Chief Financial Officer, H.W. Kaufman Group International. In this role, she is responsible for the accounting and finance functions for Kaufman’s businesses outside of North America. Helen is also a member of the Kaufman International Leadership Team, working alongside the company’s senior executives to provide strategy and financial management for Kaufman’s expansive global portfolio.

Previously, Helen was the CFO at Ascot Underwriting. A highly respected finance leader in the London market, her career spans more than 30 years. Until recently, Helen also Chaired the Lloyd’s Market Association Finance Committee.
